It is a important point if we have limited budget but want different custom exercise books . If you would like to start exercise books project and each 50000pieces exercise books are difference in cover , inner pages , inner printing line , size etc , the printers have to count the plate fee for 4 all features , also cause higher cost of production cost . If we could design in same inner pages , same interior line , same size , and keep no more than 8 cover designs , then may save some plate fee . Each plate fee cost is around US$300 .
2. Increase order quantity
If you want favorable price , it is most easy way to reduce the cost of custom exercise books . Also make your sea freight fee and customs clearance more cost-effective .
3. Change the cover and paper material
It will help you to reduce the cost of customizing exercise book .
Most popular cover material is ivory board and glossy paper , similar cost based on its same grams .
Offset paper is widely used as inner paper , use 50gsm , 55gsm is lower than use 60gsm .
4. Change the printing of cover and cover interior front and back ( we called cover 2 and cover 3 ). If cover 2 and cover 3 no printing , will lessen the cost .
